Welcome to the National Truckers Association (NTA)

Membership in the National Truckers Association (NTA) provides access to a broad selection of quality products, programs and benefits. Association membership is comprised of a collective group of dedicated independent contractors, owner operators and trucking fleets of all sizes. We serve these members and the general public by providing standards of professional competence, and developing and promoting programs in, and for, the Trucking Industry.

Our membership program gives the independent contractor and owner operator the ability to provide their own benefits and programs to make them truly independent of the motor carrier. This relieves the motor carrier from the responsibility of providing employee benefits and insurance coverage, and provides the carrier with the appropriate “arm's length” distance they need from their independent contract drivers.
